Stacey’s Homemade Soup Of The Day… (You might think the word “homemade” is just a word we use as a marketing ploy. But what you don’t realize is that the staff sleeps here at night. If your tablecloth is wrinkled, that’s why.)

Goat Cheese with Caramelized Pear Dip…served with toasted crostini and thyme and tangerine marinated kalamata olives (We know the goats are imported because they don’t speak English.) $8.95

Dungeness Crab Cake…with watercress salad and roasted pepper coulis (You’d be crabby too if you were kept in a dungeness.) $13.95

Stacey's Warm Flat Bread... flat bread topped with brie cheese and caramelized apples drizzled with balsamic reduction and strawberry purée $7.95

Mediterranean Share Platter…hummus, tzatziki and melizanosalata served with house baked

Savory Spinach & Artichoke Dip.…a creamy blend of artichoke hearts, spinach, and dry aged cheeses, served with toasted crostini (If you suspect that you are dining with an unsavory character, feed him this savory appetizer and see if he disappears.) $8.95

Spicy Fried Calamari…served with horseradish cocktail and a caper tarter sauce (If you think it’s easy to write jokes about fried calamari, you’ve probably never tried.) $9.95

Thai Beef Salad…steak, charred rare, served on a bed of mixed greens with cucumber, carrot, peppers, peanuts, shredded cabbage, cilantro and mint, tossed with a Thai style peanut dressing and crispy rice noodles (It’s like being in Thailand without any of the inconvenient parts.) $14.95

Seared Ahi Salad...Ahi tuna on a bed of spring mix tossed with Asian pears, marinated oranges, crisp rice noodles, toasted almonds and a sesame dressing, topped with wasabi goat cheese crumble $16.95

Cobb…chopped romaine with rows of grilled chicken, avocado, bacon, tomato, hard boiled egg and crumbled gorgonzola, tossed with either champagne vinaigrette or creamy gorgonzola dressing (The second b in Cobb is silent, but if you hold it up to your ear, sometimes you can hear it.) $15.95

Greek Salad...Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with cucumbers, kalamata olives, feta cheese, red onions, fresh tomatoes, and a Greek vinaigrette $12.95

Wedge Salad…a thick wedge of Iceberg lettuce topped with applewood smoked bacon, crumbled gorgonzola cheese, diced tomatoes and green onions all drizzled with our gorgonzola dressing $11.95

Chicken Panini…grilled free-range breast of chicken with aioli, roasted tomatoes, peppers, fresh spinach and smoked mozzarella on baked panini bread (We are so into the free range concept that we let the chicken sandwiches wander around in the back until you order them.) $13.95 Half Sandwich $9.95

Hot Pastrami Sandwich...thinly sliced pastrami piled high on grilled rye bread with horseradish mayo, melted swiss cheese, carmamelized onions and Creole mustard. (If you can't get your servers attention, use the bread from this sandwich and catch her in the rye.) $13.95 Half Sandwich $9.95

Portabella Mushroom...marinated and grilled portabella mushroom, oven roasted tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, basil pesto and watercress, served on a ciabatta roll. $11.95

Crab Melt...Dungeness crab patty on toasted garlic sourdough bread, red pepper aioli, sliced tomato, watercress and avocado and topped with melted white cheddar cheese. $14.95

Mahi Mahi...lightly dusted with black bean flour on cilantro-lime couscous and a bed of baby fresh spinach leaves and topped with avocado & chipotle mayonnaise $19.95

Blackened Fish Tacos… served on corn tortillas with avocado, cojita cheese, salsa roja and a chipotle cream, with a cumin lime salad and Cuban black beans (This dish is so excellent that your tongue will try to jump into your stomach to taste it again.) $12.95

Jambalaya…prawns, andouille sausage, chicken, sweet peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and green onions in a spicy tomato cream sauce, served with fettucine or long grain (Biblical scholars tell us that this is the same meal that Jesus ate at the last supper. But hey, I’m sure you have a good reason for ordering something else.) $16.95

Grilled Blackened Salmon...salmon grilled with our Chef's blackened spices served with parmesan crusted Yukon potatoes, seasonal vegetables and topped with Cajun buerre blanc. $17.95

Braised Boneless Short Ribs...cooked for hours until they are fork tender, served with our gruyere stacked potatoes and seasonal vegetables. $20.95

Bruschetta Chicken...roasted chicken breast, topped with prosciutto, fresh basil leaves, fresh mozzerella with a tomato pesto cream and garlic aioli and served with wild rice. $19.95

Chipotle Prawns...sauteed prawns, spicy chipotle cream sauce with roasted corn and cilantro rice and topped with pico de gallo and sliced avocado. $19.95

There is a $15.00 corkage fee if you bring your own wine, 2 bottle limit and $25 for a 1.5 L. Ask about signed Dilbert ™ stuff up front. The banquet room can be reserved for events and meetings.
